Keith Scott; President and CEO   [email protected]

As president and CEO of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, Keith Scott works with more than 425 member companies and a 26-member Board of Directors to promote, grow and sustain a diverse and healthy business community that will enrich the quality of life and enhance prosperity in the Baltimore region. Whether he is sitting down for a one-on-one session with a local business owner at Starbucks or lobbying on behalf of his member businesses in Annapolis, Keith’s interests in protecting and promoting local businesses are at the forefront. Keith is also president of the Small Business Resource Center, where he works with its two business counselors to aid clients in establishing or growing their businesses in Baltimore County. The resource center is funded with a grant from the Baltimore County Department of Economic Development. In addition to his work with the Chamber, Keith is on the Board of Directors for Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union and recently completed a term as the Board President of the United Way of Central Maryland., He is also a graduate of Leadership Baltimore County and Leadership Maryland. Keith is an adjunct professor at Towson University’s School of Business and teaches at the Community College of Baltimore County. Keith is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where he earned a BA degree in Political Science. Before joining the Chamber in 2007 as Director of Government Relations, he worked at Adecco and Goodwill Industries of the Monocacy Valley.

Christine Crawford; Vice President

Christine joined the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce in July 2005 as Director of Membership.  She was promoted to Vice President in July 2008. She is responsible for initiatives designed to enhance and promote membership, the planning of networking events and outreach programs, and is the staff liaison for: the Nonprofit Committee, the Health and Wellness Committee, the Ambassador Committee, the Leads groups and Ask a Pro, as well as the Membership 101 program.  She represents the chamber at numerous professional/political/community events. 

In addition to her work with the chamber, Christine is on the Board of Directors of both the Foundation for the Baltimore County Public Library and the Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools. She is active in a number of Irish organizations throughout the Baltimore area. Christine is a graduate of Leadership Baltimore County. 

She is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University in New York where she earned a BS degree in Education. She spent 16 years in the hospitality industry prior to joining the Chamber
